To achieve its goal, SEFED proposes to:
- establish training programs and organize seminars, conferences, awareness campaigns, educational
tours and meetings, studies, research, national and international camps, - have an information and documentation system on the activities of SEFED
- solicit the collaboration of the deconcentrated services of the State
- create databases and capitalize the actions of SEFED
- exchange with other structures with the same objectives as SEFED
- initiate regular follow-up and evaluation of the different projects
- raise funds from natural and legal persons
- lead the generating activities of incomes.
