The Chairman of the Board of Directors has the moral and legal responsibility of the organization. He convenes and chairs the general meetings. He signs the strategic files and presents the moral report to the General Assembly. In case of absence, his interim is ensured by the Secretary General of the Board of Directors.
THE SECRETARY GENERAL
The Secretary General records the deliberations of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly in a register of minutes jointly signed by the Chairman and himself.
He is responsible for the documentation of the organization, prepares the meetings of the Board and the General Assembly and presents the activity report to the General Assembly.
THE GENERAL TREASURER
The Treasurer General is responsible for the organization’s assets, presents the financial report of the activities to the General Assembly. He prepares the provisional budget of activity.
The Councilors assist the President, the Secretary, the Treasurer in carrying out their tasks by giving them advice.
They play a role of trainer members in support of other members of the office.
