The conditions of membership are:
- Submit an application for membership to the Board of Directors
- Provide two passport photos
- Pay the membership fees set at 5000F CFA
- Pay monthly dues of 1000F CFA
- Accept that his contributions are used for development actions
- Provide a complete address.
