Executive Coordination
Executive coordination composed of an executive coordinator, a secretary and an accountant is responsible for:
- Ansure the permanent administration of the organization
- Execute decisions taken by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors
- Develop in collaboration with the Board of Directors the policy, the action program and the development projects,
- Affiliate the organization with other development structures
- Coordinate the activities of the prefectural antennas and thematic commissions
- Carry out the monitoring and evaluation of activities,
- Provide support / accompaniment to grassroots groups and cooperatives
- Perform periodic activity reports
- Animate the life of the organization.
