Executive Coordination

Executive coordination composed of an executive coordinator, a secretary and an accountant is responsible for:

  • Ansure the permanent administration of the organization
  • Execute decisions taken by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors
  • Develop in collaboration with the Board of Directors the policy, the action program and the development projects,
  • Affiliate the organization with other development structures
  • Coordinate the activities of the prefectural antennas and thematic commissions
  • Carry out the monitoring and evaluation of activities,
  • Provide support / accompaniment to grassroots groups and cooperatives
  • Perform periodic activity reports
  • Animate the life of the organization.
